1.How can I get some samples?
1) We are honored to offer you samples. The samples will be double charge, clients need to pay for the courier cost. Charge of one chair will be deducted from the payment for formal order.
2) Regarding the courier cost: you can arrange a RPI (remote pick-up) service upon FEDEX, UPS, DHL, TNT, etc. to have the samples collected; or inform us your DHL collection account. Then you can pay the freight direct to your local carrier company.

2.How does your factory do regarding quality control?
Quality is our lifeline! From beginning to end, we have QCs in every part of the production:
1) All raw material we used are environmental-friendly;
2) Skillful workers care every detail.
3) Quality control department specially responsible for quality checking in each process.

3.How can you prove your chairs are in good quality?
We design some professional for different, like Violence test, Load-bearing test, Fire protection test, Painting test, etc
1)If you are allowed to visit our factory, you can finish the test by yourself, we will give you some guidance at the site. Welcome to visit our factory!
2)If you want to order online, we can show you the test video before you making an order.

4.Can I customized my chairs?
Yes, of course. We are factory, can accept your customization requirement. We can print or emboss the hotels logo on the goods or their packing box, for patent protection purpose, a letter of attorney (letter of authorization) shall be provided for the logo.
